1. The document is best viewed in Acrobat Reader and the links that I insert from time to time will be active that way.
2. Click on the red title above and it will take you to the Google Document viewing screen.
3. So from the Google Document viewing screen click on one of the "download" links. There are two of them, one above the document and one to the right of the document. Both produce the same results.
4. Choose "open" in the pop up window to view the document in Acrobat Reader.
5. You can also click on the "Print" link and that will also open the file in Acrobat Reader. This will save you one step to view the document.
6. If you want to print out the document you have to print it from Acrobat Reader in order for it to print correctly.
7. Please Note This; in the first screen that opens up after you click on the title, which is the Google Document screen, Do Not Click On The "View" link to view the document. If you do it opens the document in another Google Document viewing screen, the links will not work, and you will have difficulty printing out the document.
